What this covers
These are the terms for using scaleayjmarketing.com. By using the site or sending an application you agree to them. They are about the site and the application. Work for clients is done under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs it.
Nothing here is a guarantee
The numbers and quotes on this site are real results from real accounts. They are not a promise of what you will get. Ad results depend on your market, your offer, your follow-up, your season, and Meta's platform, none of which I control. I do not guarantee leads, calls, bookings, revenue, or any other outcome, on this site or anywhere else.
The call
Applying for a call asks for one. It does not book one. I decide who I take calls with and I may say no. The call is free, it is a conversation, and nothing in it commits either of us until something is signed. What I say on a call is my opinion about your situation. It is not legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Client work
If we work together, the scope, fees, ad spend, and everything else are set out in a written agreement between us. Ad spend is paid by you to Meta directly. That agreement replaces these terms for anything it covers.
Client quotes and results
The client quotes on this site are the words of real clients, used with their permission. They describe those clients' experience. Your experience will depend on your business and your market, and may differ.
This site
The words, images, and design on this site belong to Scale AYJ Marketing or are used with permission. You can read it and share links to it. You cannot copy the content for your own site or sell it. I try to keep the site up and accurate, but I do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Scale AYJ Marketing is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on it, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid me, which for use of the site is nothing.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any dispute about them is handled in the courts of Orange County, California. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions go to scaleayjmarketing@gmail.com. If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
