What this covers

This is the privacy policy for scaleayjmarketing.com, run by Scale AYJ Marketing in South Orange County, California. It covers what happens to information you give this site and what the site collects on its own. It does not cover the work I do for clients under a signed agreement, which has its own terms.

What I collect

When you apply for a call you give me your name, business name, phone number, email, and your website if you add it. You also answer a short set of questions about your business: what you do, where your leads come from, how many jobs you book, what a customer is worth to you, whether you have run ads before, what you could put behind them, and when you want to start. I keep those answers with your application.

The site also records the usual technical information a web server sees: your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you open, and the ad or link that brought you here.

How I use it

To decide whether we are a fit, to contact you about the call, to run the call, and to follow up afterwards. If you become a client, your application becomes part of your file. If you do not, I may still contact you about the service for a period, and you can tell me to stop at any time.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Your application goes into GoHighLevel, the CRM I use for forms, texting, and booking. GoHighLevel stores it on my behalf and does not use it for anything else.

If I run ads to bring people to this site, Meta may set a pixel that reports which pages were visited so I can measure the ads and show them to people who have already visited. That data goes to Meta under Meta's own terms.

Nobody else.

Texts and calls

When you send an application you are asking me to text and call you about it. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Calling or texting me does not sign you up for anything beyond the conversation you asked for.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies only for the tracking described above and for the form to work. It does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for what a site should do with one.

Your choices and how to reach me

Ask me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless I need it to finish work you asked for or to keep a record I am required to keep. I keep applications for as long as they are useful for the purpose above and then delete them. Client records are kept for the length of the client relationship plus whatever the tax rules require.
